On a frigid October morning in Binney Park, I and other parents stood shivering while watching our children play in one of their first organized soccer games. I thought - I’ll pay anything for a good cup of coffee right now, and I bet no one here would say no to a coffee, hot chocolate or caffè latte either!  On that very day, my version of the mobile espresso bar began to take root. 

Our goal from the very beginning is the same today:  Provide an authentic experience based on the palette of flavors, cuisine and memories of my native Italy. We proudly serves illy Italian espresso, Harney & Sons teas, freshly made panini, pastries and homemade desserts.

Caffe Bon has since been featured in  "Greenwich Time", "Greenwich Free Press", “CTBites” "The Patch", "Westchester Magazine", "The Daily Voice", "Greenwich Polo Club",  "Serendipity Magazine", and "Greenwich Magazine". 

In 2016 , we expanded our business and ventured in to manufacturing and distributing CIÒBON, our signature artisanal hot chocolate mixes. Now available for purchase at caffebon.com we ship it to the 48 continental United States.
