Ingredients: Cocoa (Dutch processed), granulated sugar, natural Demerara cane sugar, xanthan gum, corn starch, ground vanilla bean, sea salt, spices.
DIRECTIONS: Place 2 heaping Tbsp (1 oz) of CIÒBON hot chocolate mix in a small saucepan. Gradually whisk in 1 cup (8 oz) of COLD milk, making sure to create a paste beforehand. Finish by:
• on the STOVETOP, over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly.
• or, MICROWAVE the mixture in a large microwaveable cup for 1 minute. Stir well, microwave for 1 more minute.
Top with marshmallows or whipped cream. Enjoy! 😋
